How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Operationnotes Tree Service to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Operationnotes Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Trouble With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, start by talking to the provider directly and keep notes in writing.

Still, let us know. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please remember that Operationnotes Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@operationnotes.homes and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
