How Our Network Works

Who you talk to

When you phone or send a request, you reach an independent tree provider in the network, or a line that routes you to one. Operationnotes Tree Service has no crews, arborists or estimators, and this page lists no staff. The person who answers works for the provider. That provider quotes the job and does it.

What happens on the call

Expect a short, practical chat:

  • You describe the tree: type if you know it, rough height, where it stands.
  • You mention what is close by, like the house, a fence, a shed, power lines or a neighbor's yard.
  • The provider asks questions, may ask for photos, and may visit to look at the tree.
  • You get a written quote and agree on a date.

Plan around your week. Say which days are tough, like school pickup or shift work, so noisy work lands at a good time.

What to ask an independent provider

  • Are you insured, and can you show proof?
  • Does the quote list removal, cleanup, haul-away and stump grinding as separate lines?
  • Will the tree come down whole or in sections?
  • How will you protect the lawn, roof and fence?
  • How long will you be on site, and how loud will it get?
  • What happens if the weather changes?
  • Does this job need a permit?

What you can do before they arrive

Move cars out of the driveway. Put away toys and hoses. Close gates and keep pets inside. Rake loose debris from the drop zone. Rake it, don't climb it. Providers do the cutting.

You are in control

You can say no to a quote, ask another provider, or take a few days to decide. There is no obligation. Costs vary by job. Typical U.S. tree removal ranges from a few hundred to several thousand dollars, depending on size, access and hazards. Always get the price in writing before work begins.
