Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use operationnotes.homes. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral Only

Operationnotes Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul off fallen ones, grind stumps or trim branches. Any work on your property is done by an independent provider, never by Operationnotes Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, price or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available to serve your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

The content here is general. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial adviser. Every tree and every yard is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About the Prices You See

Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They shift with the job, the location, tree size, access and more. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. For coverage questions, contact your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe

Tree jobs and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and weakened structures. Do not take risks. Keep well back from downed lines and phone your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How We Get Paid

Operationnotes Tree Service may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of This Site

We try to keep the information here correct and up to date. Still, we make no warranty that it is complete or has no mistakes.
