Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what Operationnotes Tree Service ("we" or "us") does with your information when you browse operationnotes.homes, call the number listed on the site, or send in a request form. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Gather From You

Some details come straight from you. If you call or fill out a form, you may share your name, phone number, email address, location, and notes about your tree or property.

Other details are picked up automatically while you use the site. These can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open, and when you visit. Calls to the number on this site may be tracked, and some may be recorded, to check quality and handle billing.

Why We Use It

We put your information to work in these ways:

• Matching you with an independent tree removal provider that serves your area
• Handing your request to that provider so they can reach you and set up a visit
• Replying to your questions and messages
• Seeing how people use this site and our phone lines
• Making the site and the referral service better
• Meeting legal duties and stopping fraud or misuse

Who Else Sees It

Operationnotes Tree Service is a referral service. When you ask for help, we pass your contact details and request notes to one or more independent providers or marketing partners so they can get in touch. These are separate businesses, and each has its own privacy practices.

We may also share data with companies that help run the site and phone systems, such as hosting, analytics and call-tracking vendors. We may release information when the law requires it, or when we need to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some laws count sharing with marketing partners as a sale or a share. Where those laws apply, you may be able to opt out.

Cookies and Site Analytics

This site may use cookies and similar tools to learn how visitors move around it. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may change how some parts of the site behave.

Your Choices

Depending on where you live, you may be able to see, fix or delete your personal information, or opt out of certain sharing. To make a request, email contact@operationnotes.homes. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on it.

Keeping Data Safe and How Long We Hold It

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no way of sending or storing data is fully secure. We hold onto information only as long as the purposes above call for it, or as the law requires.

Kids Under 13

This site is not made for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Updates to This Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
